"These people don't take you package. I was there two times. My package was wrapped fully taped and good to go. They said ohh we can't take this box because it's not a clear box. You take box from us which cost $20. I said ups has no requirement for the box. I been returning ups in different boxes all my life no problem."
"When I came in today I was in a situation because I had important documents that I need to ship ASAP. I walked in the store and was greeted immediately by super nice staff, they helped me extremely fast and had me on my way home in no time. Would 100% recommend."
"I went to this UPS today because the usual one I go to was closed but I didn’t realize that, not trying to go home I found this one and walked over to drop off my package. I had to print a shipping label so I called and asked if they were able to do that for me. I came in but unfortunately didn’t have a credit card (only debit) to use their computer to print it out. The worker there (S P was on his name tag, didn’t catch his name) helped me out by charging me and doing everything on the main computer while also handling other customers very quickly and efficiently. I hope he wasn’t breaking any rules for me but he was a great help and while in a rushed manner, kept his work ethic cool. This place has wonderful air conditioning for the hot summers as well, thank you so much for the wonderful service!"
"Spacious, friendly, clean. Line was fast and efficient, when I went. There are several self service work stations for printing. Printer worked well when I used it. Could do with a guillotine, for cutting paper to size after printing it. Staff seemed generally friendly and helpful I felt. The location is massive, with huge space to walk around in the middle, like a boutique show room, which is quite nice."
"Gary and SP are the most professional, kind and efficient UPS representative. Keep up the great work. This is one of the best The UPS store in Queens. Very clean and fast. These gentlemen deserve a raise!! I recommend everyone to come to this location."
