"0 stars! It has been over a year. I have not received any money from the car accident and injuries I have endured. I am in pain and cannot have surgery on my spine. I have constantly called to speak to the lawyers to follow up on my case and have repeatedly gotten the run around. Each time that I have called, I am on the phone with a different lawyer. I have sent documents to them several times and been asked to re-send and re-email the documents to them. My insurance company denied me disabilty because they said the lawyers failed to send the documents required to them. I went up to the law firm in person and requested to see proof that they in fact sent the documents over to them and was not allowed to see my file or chart with proof that they did their job! I am fed up of calling, fed up or waiting and tired of the run around. I should not have to constantly call to find out the status of my case. My lawyers should communicate with me via email or phone and keep me informed."
