"Will never ride with this cab company again. My issue wasn’t with Brian, he was fine. My issue was with Chelsea. Her yelling at me and berating me, then threatening to note that I’m a problem client all because I put in a request for a driver was ridiculous. If I could give 0 stars I would. If I had her attitude and talked to a customer the way she addressed me on Friday would’ve had me fired at any job I’ve ever worked at. Never again will I allow their dispatcher to disrespect and ridicule me again. The fact that she felt she could do so the first time is disgusting."
