"Unsafe buses, unsafe drivers, poor management (GM, Dispatcher, Safety Manager). Good luck and God bless anyone that trust this particular location for services or for a job to provide for your family. Also the 5 star reviews are from employees that get favorited or people that have family or friends working there. Not actual customers that use the transit system. Be very wary of someone leaving a 5 star review. You can easily get more hours and better pay working fast food."

"I use rt2 and rt4 the most. I enjoy both, the driver are very police and get were I need to go in a timely manor. They have alot of deviations on rt4 that sometimes cause delays of a good length. Rt4 needs tube more than a half hour run so the drivers don't get blamed for what they are told to do. (The county changes the routes causing this). But the rides are good and so is the price. Im able to get where I have to go without the expense of a cab."

"They have a tracking system for the buses which they NEVER use. Bus passes cost $45...and buses are never on time."
