I appreciate the removal of the delivery fee, however at this point I am concerned for the safety of my food that had been prepared for nearly 2 hours before it had been delivered to me. Furthermore, my food safety concern did not seem to be a concern for your representative on the phone. Almost 3 hours from confirmation to delivery. Even the smallest amount of effort in notifying customers of the delay may have sufficed or led them to other arrangements.
