"I bought a new Husqvarna garden tractor locally, who recommended OSS. The initial problem was getting the key to turn the engine. It resulted in complete disasters. I was charged for the same items when they changed out parts, more than once for the same part. Yet still got the mower back not working. Last summer I needed a belt replaced, and the hours on my tractor TRIPLED when I finally got it back AND it still has the same problems. BRYCE kept my unit for almost 6 weeks in the middle of the summer when I needed it the most. In the end, Husqvarna advised me that OSS is NOT approved by them for service of their products. Anyway, THEY ARE FRAUDS...and SHOULD straighten up and fly right...or bust."
