"I’ve been coming here since I was young with my mother for her prescriptions— now I come here for my own. Progressively has gotten SO much worse. My fiancé has a deficiency where he NEEDS an inhaler and we’ve been waiting all day with no results for a refill, or even a transfer from another pharmacy. So now I guess when he has an attack we’ll just go to the emergency room and spend another couple hundred dollars on an inhaler. Absolutely miserable and undertrained/ inexperienced staffing. Not only THIS, but over a month ago, I left my apartment and got to cvs 15 minutes early to pick up my script before work— I was in line for over an hour. For a script that I need to stay mentally stable. Can’t back up with a car behind me, can’t pull forward with a car in front of me. Next time I suppose I’ll just lose my job lol. Like seriously, where did your staffing get up paperwork to fill prescriptions and answer calls? A cereal box? Someone needs to seriously do something about this cvs."
"Expect to spend an hour getting your prescription. The staff are incredibly rude. I don't necessarily need them to be friendly but they are outright hostile. This place is also impossible to get a hold of over the phone. I spent an hour on hold just to have the call dropped by them. Called back and spent another hour on hold and the call was dropped again. I called CVS corporate who spent almost 45 minutes themselves trying to get a hold of this branch. They are clearly understaffed and the staff they do have don't seem to care at all. You will get your prescription faster driving the extra distance to Hudson or Great Barrington. Avoid this place at all costs."
"For over a year now I get the same response from the pharmacy desk and the front desk managers that the “team” is doing the best they can with new employees and being short staffed. Using the app and shipping options don’t work out half the times because they don’t work it until I call them to ask why when it’s sat there for 2-3 or more days! CVS corporate needs to either get and pay people to work and stay or get out of the business. I unfortunately have $1000’s in RX every year and it’s not worth the frustration and running out because they don’t do what needed. I also recently received a prescription in an unmarked bottle! Thankfully I had some of the older RX to match it and make sure. The tag was on the bag but no sticker on bottle. Based on reviews it looks like this has been the case for 4+ years!! I’ll be looking to take my pharmacy and any CVS store shopping elsewhere."
"As others have said, the store is fine but the pharmacy is awful! There were 3 CVS employees at the pharmacy when I came to inquire about a prescription. This is the same number of employees as my NYC pharmacy but somehow in Manhattan, the pharmacy runs smoothly, people actually answer the phone and they're helpful. Apparently, at CVS Millerton, 3 employees is considered severely understaffed, such that they do not respond to phone calls - even from a doctor's office (my doc was on hold for 30+ minutes) and they are unable to keep up with the volume. I will not choose this CVS pharmacy again."
"Your pharmacy needs help, badly! I had 2 prescriptions phoned in by my doctor LAST Friday. That Saturday I went to pick them up, and they hadn't been filled. I stopped by each weekday evening, and they still weren't filled. At 10am this morning (Friday... a week after the scripts were called in), after waiting in line behind 7 other pharmacy customers for 15 minutes, I was told they STILL hadn't been filled, but they would be filled within the next 2 hours. I came back more than 4 hours later and had to wait in a line of 10 people, with more queuing up behind me. At long last!!! My prescription had been filled. Thank heavens it wasn't something life or death or I would have died long before anyone had time to fill my pills. We used to have a local pharmacy in Salisbury CT but CVS bought them out and they closed that pharmacy. Now the closest option is CVS and they can't keep up with the volume. SOMEONE PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!"
