"All of the employees at cvs millerton are wonderful people. I have been back here since 2019 and I have always had a great experience. Amy, Pam Anna, Manny, Courtney, Chris and the others are exceptional."

"CVS Millerton is by far the worst managed pharmacy anywhere. Do yourself a favor and don’t use them. Between RX’s that are constantly delayed in filling to unlabeled bottles and the hold time of 30 minutes up to 2 hrs or more to get through to them if you don’t get dropped in the process. For years they keep saying it’s because they are short staffed or new people. In looking at reviews this has been the case since 2019 and before. Not because of Covid as they claim. CVS clearly has no interest in managing this store or paying employees to stay. If I could I would rate it a Negative 5 stars"

"This pharmacy has to deal with an enormous volume of customers. They seem to be working very hard and try to keep a positive attitude. They are doing the absolute best and I enjoy going to this location."

"By far the worst pharmacy I’ve ever encountered. Can’t tell you how many times in the past six months we’ve been told either by automated text or by phone that a prescription was ready only to arrive and have the pharmacist tell us it’ll be another couple of hours. Last week we were told my wife’s prenatals were ready only to arrive and have them tell us that they didn’t have any in stock. They told us they would be ready by Monday. It is now the following Friday and they still don’t have them. Also, it seems like every other time we go there and they ask our name and we literally spell it out for them multiple times and around the fifth time they can’t find it they go, “OHHHHH, s, C, h...” or “Oh, there are TWO n’s.” May sound minor but it ends up wasting a ton of time, and it also gives you an idea of the incompetence you can expect here. Have finally had enough and have asked our doctor to start sending perscriptions to a different pharmacy. Avoid this one at all costs."
