"Elm drugs is the best. They advocate for me. They call me when the prescription is ready. They even deliver on Sunday."
"I have been utilizing this Pharmacy for the past two years and I must say that my experiences have been nothing short of commendable. The convenience of having my prescriptions delivered right to my doorstep within a timeframe of less than 24 hours is truly remarkable. Moreover, their exceptional level of professionalism is evident in their practice of giving me a courtesy call 30 minutes prior to their arrival. The service they provide is truly top-notch and exudes a high level of professionalism."
"Pharmacist Steve went above and beyond to make sure I got my medication. Can't thank him or the good folks at Elm enough. Pharmacists are usually very helpful from my experience, but they truly went above and beyond."
"The pharmacist Elana is an aweful money hungy liar. Use to love going there years back until i wanted my husband and my specialty meds sent to a different pharmacy. She never transferred those meds and we had to go through a lot to get new scripts somewhere else. She even accused us of selling our medications. Years go by and we decide to try them for just our psychiatric meds because they come a little faster from Elms. Well our doctor accidently sent my husbands speciality med to them. Pharmacist Eva (same attitude as Elana) said she transferred it to my specialty pharmacy. She didnt. Then i spoke to Elana and the rude nastiness came out of her again as she lied and said she s not able to transfer his script to anywhere because of medicaid. Thats a complete falcity. They make a lot of money off our specialty meds and once it gets in elms hands theyll do whatever it takes to hold onto that. So again we had to travel to revisit our doctor to have new scripts sent to our specialty pharmacy. Im tired of the tricks they pull and i dont care what their response is to my review. Best of luck to you too elms. NOT!"
"The pharmacist Elena, is completely nasty. I’m currently relocating from New York to Jersey. So I used this pharmacy until I can transfer my health insurance to a different state. When I used them the first time they were able to fedex my medicine to my address in Jersey at MY expense . I called the following month and I asked them to overnight it, the representative agreed and confirmed my address. But I noticed I wasn’t charged for shipping, so I called to inquire why it wasn’t shipped. Elena got on the phone and she was so rude about explaining her process of when they decide to ship your medicine and when they don’t. Not once did she apologize for the LACK of communication on the pharmacy’s behalf. She did, however, apologize for me not being aware of their shipping process (which they failed to explain in the first place). She also asked in the most condescending way possible why I didn’t have a pharmacy in Jersey. She proceeded to say that it makes no sense for me to have a pharmacy in NYC, not fully understanding my situation of relocating. My experience with Elena was a rude, insensitive and imposing one. I wouldn’t recommend her as a pharmacist to anyone. It’s small size businesses like her who lack basic customer service skills, that make it easy to keep supporting big chain businesses like Walgreens"
