"Excellent service. I placed an order on line and the very pretty store associates were very prompt with servicing my order pick up. When there was an error due to my not understanding a promotion they extended it to me anyway. I didn't get their names, but they went above and beyond my expectations. This store is way better than the one upstairs since it was remodeled and reopened recently. I don't shop at the upper level store anymore. One of their employees I find to be very rude and impersonsble"

"It could be very hard if you are trying to find if from navigations. I had to photo print pick up. It took me 10 mins to just figure out where it is. Asked couple of security guards of one pen plaza and finally figured out. It’s is basically near the pen station concourse, two levels down from street level."
