"I use to think this place was a great shop. I thought Rick was a decent guy. I bought a few firearms off him at solid deals that were hard to pass up. I went and toured his new shop happy to see he expanded. But I was absolutely disgusted with the crazy mark up on guns and ammo. I get shop local and help the little shops. But of average pricing $30 to $400 more than a box store is absolutely insane. It just drives customers away. Yea your inventory is huge and pieces you don’t find many places. But that’s because your prices are out of this world. One good word might go to a few but a bad word will reach thousands. I’ll take my business elsewhere to more honest small guys like Vitagliano Gun Shop, LLC. At least Paul cares about repeat customers and don’t screw people on prices. Maybe take lessons from Paul. Absolutely a disappointment seeing what I seen today. Then have the nerve to offer me $400 for $900 gun. Absolute joke and a slap in the face. Have a good life and know u lost another customer who’s done repeat business. I’ll be sure to let all know what kind of guy you are. Very pathetic"

"Their new facility is really “OUTSTANDING”. Imagine my surprise when I found they’d relocated to the South end of town and now have a HUGE parking lot (off street and on flat ground no less). Then it’s up a few stairs or for those of us requiring such, a ramp. Followed by easy opening doors to the showroom with rows n rows of spacious isles showing off their wares, like no more bump n grind. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and willing to go the distance in helping you make your selection all with NO PRESSURE. They even have an indoor pistol range for those looking to meet the new laws. Ask them they’ll explain. If you’ve never been, go! You won’t be disappointed. Ammo? Yeah they do have ammo for just about anything you need."

I make the hour and a half drive regularly because there’s no where else I need to shop! The new shop is amazing and I can’t wait until they fill out the racks as much as the last shop!"
