"The store is always very inviting, along with the smiles from the employees who are warm and welcoming. The staff always makes it a point to turn my frown upside down , guaranteeing a smile. I always leave feeling better than before I walked in from the chaos of my life. Professional atmosphere, no matter how busy they may be , along with the cleanliness is always on point. The entrance way of the establishment is always clear of debris. In winter, snow and ice is always well taken care of. I have never seen or had a bad experience. Also,, they are great at supporting local businesses with their establishment. If you are interested in this do ask the owner before you just leave . "I hope I don’t say her name wrong, but Laurie at ams smoke shop is an ANGEL. I did 8 years active duty in the army. I suffer from extreme depression and anxiety and I’m 80% disabled through the Va, and I’m having about the worst day I have had in my entire life. I came in today because I had a long break from smoking or vaping and she is extremely kind and knowledgeable about the products she sells. Their prices are THE BEST I have seen in the state of New York. On ALL PRODUCTS. Their selection is vast and chock full of incredible products that suit anyones needs. Ive gone to every smoke shop from Utica to fort plain, including all in herkimer and little falls and I’ve never seen prices these great, or product selection this vast. There’s items in the shop at ams that I paid 30$ more for at other shops. I’m honestly so happy I went into ams today. If you have to go anywhere in the state of New York for your smoking, or any other needs this is the only shop I recommend. Don’t go anywhere else!!!!!! You’ll thank me later!
