"the manager is very cocky and rude customer service states you can print a label and take it to the t mobile store near you and they will ship it...Manger states sure we ship but you get no receipt no proof and if something happens its on you....to say the least this is why we closed out t mobile accounts the staff all have different standards. SMH I expected more than being blown off. jokes on me."
