"Bought a carpet about a month ago. The one i picked was stain resistant with a life time warranty. The main reason I chose it. About a month in, I can't even get dirt off the carpet. I asked for cleaning instructions which they gave me. Read and apply technique to specific stain. Tried A,B & C per instructions. I have stains all of my carpet. The staff was very nice to me but I feel like I was scammed by the vendor. Might have to replace it now. Very frustrated."
