"I started going to Three Village about a year ago, the office is clean and the ladies at the front desk as well as the medical assistants are very friendly and accommodating. Dr.Kaiserman and Dr.Raju are both great doctors. Dr.Kaiserman delivered my son recently. She is very caring and attentive. She answered all of my questions and concerns during my pregnancy and has great bedside manor. I was very nervous to give birth she assured me everything was going to be okay - i had the best birthing experience and I am looking forward to Dr.Kaiserman delivering all of my children!"
"Love the doctors and care but omg the wait! My appt was at 215 and i waited an hour for a doctor. This is really unacceptable. We have lives and children and jobs. They need to fix this issue so patients can see a doctor in a timely manner and not wait an hour just for the appointment to start. I hope they fix this issue."
"My doctor's appt was today at 9:15 and I got there 2 min late. Waited behind another woman on line to the receptionist, gave her my insurance information, then was given info to fill out before seeing a doctor. Within a few min she called me back to the desk to say that she would need to reschedule me because my appt was a 9:15am and unfortunately it was 9:25am yet I got there at 9:17am and I was filling out the forms she gave me. She said it's because the doctor is very punctual when it comes to time and his schedule is booked yet I was the only one there in the waiting room. I refuse to go back to that place. It took 2 months to get this appt and then they just cancel while I'm there and lie to my face when I wasn't even late."
"Dr. Lyons was a wonderful doctor however, the office and how its run is not up to ethical standards. Firstly, should you ever need to reschedule, it will be 3-4 months out. My appt was in Nov..I had to reschedule which brought me to March. Then, the office had to cancel which brought me to May. Since I had issues with this office in the past, I called the day of my appt to confirm my appt. The woman who answered told me that they no longer took my insurance. I offered to pay out of pocket as I have done so in the past. The receptionist told me that I could not pay out of pocket because I had insurance, but that they didn't take my insurance. I was told I could only pay out of pocket if I did not have insurance. Very odd response and I have never had this happen before. Originally I was only going to this office because I really liked Dr. Lyons however, she has been out of the office for roughly 2 years with no follow-up or explanation. After the experience with the receptionist, I decided to go to a different office. Had I not called to confirm my appt, I would have driven all the way to the office to find out that they would not see me because they do not take my insurance. I have since found a new doctor, however, this office did not behave ethically. To my knowledge, you cannot ethically "abandon" a client without providing referrals. I was told that they no longer take my insurance, without any referrals to other practices, and they denied refilling my prescription which I found out from my pharmacy over text that the prescription was denied. Luckily, I start with a new doctor tomorrow but that is not something this office cared to seek info about. Instead they leave their patients high and dry..strongly reconsider attending this office."
"Waiting now an hour in waiting room to b called! Appt at 3 30, now almost 4 30. With all the competition for medical services, one would think people's time would b considered in their customer satisfaction ratings. Update: worth the wait. Dr is very thorough and most important, gentle w great bedside manner."
