"Horrendous treatment of patients. I feel bad rating this as my actual doctor, Dr. Maizel, is wonderful and helpful. But the staff is beyond incompetent. I went in for allergy problems a while back. They ran some tests and one of which came back saying I absolutely have terrible asthma. Was immediately prescribed an inhaler. When I went back afterwards the doctor seemed confused by this and ran the test herself. Turns out staff just did the test very wrong and had me go out and buy an inhaler for absolutely no reason. And of course no reimbursement for THEIR error. Now the main issue. I am on antidepressants and anxiety medication. Trying to get a refill is like pulling teeth. I almost always have to call at least 5 times to get it to actually happen. Now I'm here dizzy and having difficulty standing up because it's been days off my medication with seemingly no concern from those at the office. Please for your own sake stay far away from this office. They DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. Update: I’m done with this place. It’s like clockwork that AT LEAST for one week a year I have to go through hell because MULTIPLE doctors here are incapable of refilling medication in a timely manner. Avoid like the plague. Which is ironic because these negligent fools wouldn’t give a damn if you had the plague."

"Very poor. Didn't even get the Nurse Practitioner's name because he said he couldn't help me. I was in for a no fault check up. Had me down for a cardiology appointment which was wrong. Basically called me a drunk upon saying he just met me, so I walked out."

"My first review was rather unfavorable although there are some new people in the reception area that are making a big difference. Dr. Dickinson is by far the best doctor. My family and I love him. He truly cares about your health and well being. Your not just a number here. He takes the time to get to know you. He has a great sense of humor and lovely bedside manner."

"I have read the reviews and this is not the experience I had. I highly recommend this office. I recently switched as my previous doctors office was very difficult to make an appointment with the doctor you wanted and I did not like the staff. I called Medical Associates and I was able to get an appointment with no problem. Ana was absolutely professional and friendly. She was able to draw my blood with no problem even though I'm a hard stick. Knowing that she is there I don't have to have a fear of having blood work done. Dr Dickinson is an excellent doctor. I have never had such a thorough exam. He took the time to talk to me and I didn't feel rushed like he had to get to his next patient. The girls at the front desk were polite. I was able to schedule my follow up appointment that works for my schedule. I am happy I found this medical practice and I am confident I made the right choice."

"I recently switched to this office because Dr Dickenson moved here from his other practice. I will say that the front desk and the hold times every SINGLE time you call them has made me look for another office. You can call them at 8am or 3pm and the average wait time is about 7-10 minutes and that’s on a good day. It's just ridiculous. They also do not let you get your blood results over the phone so you always have to go in to get them and pay a co-pay. They won't schedule your result appointment for almost two weeks after the blood is drawn. This practice is just not convenient nor helpful when it comes to the receptionists. I also had the same issue that others have had with getting tons of random tests done on my annual physical and then receiving a bill from my INS company saying they do not cover it because it was not needed. I wish I loved this office because the doctors are good but I can't get over the rest of the issues."
