"Had a script of what was needed and it was given to them. First they didn’t even send it to the office, so then my office had to reach out to even get it. When they got the panels, they didn’t even take the ones that were ordered! We revised the original script and it was all correct. Also I had the biggest bruise that lasted over a week, which I’ve never had happen before. Don’t go here."

"Had blood work done 10-16-23 and was told my results would be sent to my quest in 3-5 days. It’s now nov 3rd and still no results! I hope they didn’t forget or lost my blood!! The results are super important too."

"AWFUL costumer service -100000/5 stars blonde middle aged white lady was rough and rude she had a disgusting attitude the whole time my mother was there she didn’t pee enough in the cup and was rudely confronted about it and it was throw away and they gave her HALF a cup of water to drink she wasn’t allowed no more and was expected to be able to use the bathroom again , as a result she missed very important appointments due to this disgusting employee. as a place with a 2.7 rating this company definitely needs to FIRE her don’t care if she had a bad day she is there to put on a smile and do her god damn job."

"I had the worst experience today with EMILY at the Patchogue location. Today I arrived about 20 minutes late for my scheduled appointment and the check in system indicated that I could reschedule or wait. I have never been late and have been using this location for about 20 years. EMILY came out to call the next person after about 20 minutes. I told her I had my appointment but ran late and wanted to know if the wait was long. She told me " You cant just show up late for an appointment and expect to be seen." I was shocked at her response. I told her it was circumstances and not deliberate while she proceeded to talk over me telling me it will depend on whether someone else showed up with an appointment and they will be seen first. The waiting room had one other gentleman who she was also very rude too when he tried to ask about the wait time for walk ins. She was previously very rude to an elderly gentleman who told her he was having trouble scheduling on line and even when he called. "Well i dont know what to tell you but online is the best way!" and handed him a card from the wall holder. I work in the healthcare profession myself and was apalled by her consistent rudeness and disregard for people who may already be stressed about their health and only trying to do the right thing by following up on blood work as per their doctors. Her job is to be supportive by providing the service she was hired to do, not to add stress to people already stressed . She could have answered our questions in a far more polite and professional manner. I was grateful that IVY was the one who eventually drew my blood because i would have refused to allow EMILY to touch me. Thankfully IVY heard my concerns with compassion and professionalism. EMILY is a very very poor reflection on Quest Diagnostics as a whole. She should not be allowed to work in this capacity if she is so unprofessional and rude and untrained. I hope I never have to encounter her again at Quest diagnostics in Patchogue or anywhere else for that matter!] Shame on you EMILY and Quest!!!"
