"Dr. Horowitz works as a doctor for the PlushCare app as well, and I have never met a more arrogant MD in my life. Not only did he not say hello when we met virtually, but he dismissed how I felt immediately, spoke over me every time I tried to answer his questions, and was super condescending when I simply asked what the best antibiotic would be for an earache. I am disgusted with his behavior and unprofessionalism. I would never pay a dime to see this man again. I recommend that he redirect whatever makes him so miserable to someone/something other than his patients, and leave the profession, if you could care less about patients suffering."

"Dr. Horowitz has a lot of experience and gives a good, competent, caring exam. I felt like I was in capable hands at all times which is the most important criteria to me. If you need more attention or out of office care, good luck finding it here or anywhere else in this day and age. To his credit, Dr. Horowitz provides a direct email address and direct office phone number. SUMMARY: The experience with Dr. Horowitz and his staff is competent and professional, but not overly sympathetic. If you need hand-holding or something more than a competent, professional exam, this choice might not be for you."

He is an excellent communicator; listening carefully and probing carefully to gather information and make the right diagnosis. My family has been coming to him for two decades and my children still comment on his being the best doctor in New York. His office is clean, well-run and his physician's assistant is a professional who is thorough and personable. His office manager Jessica keeps things running and makes sure patients are always treated with courtesy, respect and efficiency. I highly recommend him."
