"I would not recommend this place. The representative, Ms Liang, was mean and horrible. I was there with my mother in law in this location yesterday. Our ticket number was #80. We waited until a rep inside came out to help on more difficult matters. This lady, Ms, Liang, let #85 old lady skipped the line. She kept helping her and said you already used up 10 mins of my time when there was a line in front of you. After the old lady was done, the 1st # up was my mother in law. She asked her question when I was asking a similar question at the same time. Ms Liang rudely told me to SHUT UP! She said I will just help you in law. You are at the back, you need to shut up! She said she really hate people come with other member who speaks up / ask question. I was very angry and disappointed at the service given. She could have said please let the in law ask the question. I can answer your question later. Instead, she told me to shut up. That was not a customer service rep should have done. I would not go to this place anymore."
