"I had a great experience after visiting Dr. Melissa Chan. I went in for a scheduled visit, the staff are professional and efficient. Dr. Chan get down right to business and check off what I needed to complete my visit. She even drew my blood and do the EKG herself because her medical assistant was at break. Dr. Chan did not want me to wait for her assistant to come back but took care of me right there and then. I have never experienced this kind of consideration from a doctor before. She not only discussed my mother's condition with the hospital's healthcare providers but also visited her late at night, after her office hours, to guarantee she was well taken care of.
