His girlfriend Moon who ask as the faux office manager, is very unprofessional, doesn't speak English clearly, don't have any medical history, and give mixed information about the doctor Smith. She hangs up on people, don't read charts correctly, give you wrong information about co-pay and shouldn't be work at thee office. I've been trying to reach him for weeks for a medical appointment but to no avail. This have been the worst experience I've ever encountered!"
