"Been a patient for over 10 years and Naheed Sultana gets worse! I went to Naheed Sultana for a fever and cough. After completing check-up and taking covid test, the nurses call to give my results after 8 DAYS. I have called the office numerous times, they told me that my result it not available. After 8 days, they call to report that my covid is positive. I called receptionists and asked why they did not call me after receiving my results. When I asked to talk to the doctor, they refuse to let me talk to her. The nurses prevent patients from speaking to the doctor. Even the doctor, whose priority should be her patients, does not want to talk to her patients. What is Naheed Sultana teaching her receptionists? You are located in a bengali neighborhood, yet you refuse to give proper service to bengali patients? Time and time again, the receptionists have been so rude and disrespectful to their patients on the phone. SHAME ON THEM!"

"Place should be sued for medical negligence. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. My grandmother is suffering from illness because they refused to do their job. Found issues in blood work and did not inform us. "This place is absolutely THE worst. The front desk ladies lack professionalism. Trainings for them are a must! They are to learn what professionalism is and what customer service means. This office is mainly in business because of the area it is located in; they are to learn to service their community better and I know they can do it once they learn to respect people and their time. If you’re able to speak and understand English. I would suggest you look else where. There are many many great doctors in the area who are able to provide decency and care for their patients. Apparently there’s someone by the name of Sara who works front desk; she has lied so many times about my prescriptions being ready and had the audacity to hang up the call. Disgusting. Please train your employees."
