"Horrible, my sister slept in the ER (who was in a sickle cell crisis with shortness of breath) hallway for 3 days before getting a room. When she eventually got a room the treatment was poor. I was there today to visit and he IV started beeping it took well over 35 minutes before someone came she paged the nurse 6 times in that 35+ minutes. The hematologist dr was very rude and condescending as well. I can’t believe this hospital has gotten so bad my two children were born here and when we were here it was a different experience however we were on a different wing. Katz women’s was very nice. Not like this wing I visited today. I would love for hospital administration to reach out to me because this is very disappointing. If I could I would’ve given them 0 stars"

"TRAGIC hospital. Discharged with no meds. They FORGOT to discharge hospice patient with the correct meds. Probably will be hearing from my lawyer at some point. 0 care on any floor except the MICU. If visitors were not in room. Patient could have choked on own vomit several times. DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONE HERE"

"Great service there by Dr.berry. But the lady in the financial dept. Whom I didn't get a name I just know she looks guyanesse with long black hair has a nasty attitude. Didn't not help @ all. She answered me I don't know and with sarcasm. I had to go to a different lij location to seek help that should have been provided here."

"I have been coming here all these years now I would recommend go somewhere else worst hospital. My son had fracture on his wrist it took them 9 hours to come to us and all together we waited nearly 14 hours. So DONT come here."

"Dr. Morrin MD so friendly and very polite with patient. I took my for urinary infection he actually did all the test and did a awesome job. Very happy with our visits! We were at Adult Emergency room. Overall all the staffing is good too. And very very clean place."
