"These people are the worse they never pick up I been calling for a week straight more then 4 times a day and no one picks up and it’s important regarding my daughters root canal"
"Looks like nowadays anyone can get a dental assistant and dental hygienist license. Most unprofessional, terrible staff I have ever seen. Incompetent in all aspects. The dental assistant's lack of professionalism was evident as she was doing my son's X ray procedure, she put the shield on my son, half covered, half not. After she was done, she left, and my son was sitting, not knowing what to do. She called him to sit and wait for the doctor. He had to move the X-ray machine out of his face himself and take the shield. Then the dental hygienist was cleaning my son's teeth and talking to another assistant. Her head was up, looking at her coworker, and her whole attention was on that conversation, seemingly unconcerned about the quality of her work . Staff all speaking Spanish, so you don't know if it's work-related talk or inconsequential conversation, but it was constant talk. Zero communication, zero guidance to kids, a bunch of walking robots. Doctor Victoria herself is a nice and professional lady, though; she deserves a better staff."
"BEWARE! I arrived for my appointment time with my 22 month old & was made to wait an hour. Completely unacceptable!! & then after receptionist telling me 10-15 more minutes & 1 more patient in front of me, I waited 20 additional minutes for her to tell me another patient will be serviced before me. I left & will NEVER come back here. Extremely ghetto establishment"
"This was my son’s first time visit to a dentist and it was beyond my expectation. My son is very sensitive in regards to doctors or anything to do with his body or medical tools. The dentist and nurse were very patience with him and they completed the whole process while remaining calm! I’m so thankful to them !❤️"
"Staff is nice place is clean didn’t have to wait long. I always like early appointments. Will be returning"
