Dr. Castillo has a very strong communication and interpersonal skills establishing good rapport with our daughter. She is very thorough, patient and listens to your every inquiry. She will check and if needed, will give referral to make sure before giving clearances (school forms). Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills. She responds and get back to you via phone or an email. We are promptly seen during our appointments. She goes the extra mile and is committed to her work. Her staff are well organized and courteous. They know what they are doing. They will try their best to help you out may it be emergency appointment, questions, etc. Dr. Castillo's clinic is very clean, organized and conveniently located. We are very happy to be in the care of Dr. Marigold Castillo! We highly recommend her to our families and friends =)"

"I've taken my son here for about 3 or 4 years and the staff is very kind, nice doctor, very clean establishment. BUT... they never call you to follow up with appts. Never call you to remind you of your child's annual visit. Never return your call. I needed a letter for my sons school regarding his asthma, I requested it and never got it. The follow up really is bad. It's a shame because they're so very nice there."

"Never had a bad experience with Dr. Castillo (i’m use to calling her Dr. Gold idk why haha) and her amazing staff! They do have odd business hours BUT they always make sure to email/call you back within a few hours. I’ve had so many incidents where i needed medical advice and the doctor herself calls me back to discuss options. My daughter loves the waiting room with all the toys but absolutely hates the examination room, but Dr. Castillo and her staff are sometimes successful in calming her down (shes a dramatic toddler haha). Your appointments also never feel rushed. She will sit there and address ALL your concerns and recommends multiple options. Many thanks to Dr. Castillo and her staff!! BTW you should never sit and wait for your doctor to get back to you if you’re having an emergency.. be smart and take your child to the ER or an Urgent Care. Better safe than sorry!!"
