"My experience with these guys has been top notch. First, they are really on the ball in terms of the administrative aspect of what they do. I've made all my appointments online or through my phone, completed all my initial paperwork on online, and have been able to stay in touch with all the therapists either by email or text. In fact I don't think I've had to call this place once. They also have gone to great lengths to handle everything with my insurance, including submitting claims, documentation, etc to my insurance provider even though I am out-of-network. I work mostly with Fernando, who has been helping me recover from a recent surgery to repair a ruptured distal bicep tendon. He's been a great therapist who's also given me great advice about how to modify and resume my gym routine post-surgery. I always leave my appointments with him feeling incrementally better than I did before and my recovery has been progressing outstandingly overall. I've also worked with Karl and Steve a bit. Everyone here has been really accessible and happy to offer advice or help. I have some issues with knee pain that sometimes worsens when I do a lot of heavy squats at the gym. After mentioning it to these guys, Karl worked with me to diagnose the source of this pain, and Fernando and Steve immediately began incorporating additional work into my sessions to resolve it. Since then I've been knee-pain free while continuing to do my heavy squats."

He remains up-to-date with current trends and prevailing breakthroughs by continuing his education regularly not only within his practice field, but beyond. Finally, Steve and Matt have exceeded my expectations by working directly with my insurance company, a time consuming task to say the least. They have resolved an issue concerning my reimbursements and I can’t thank them enough."

"I am your typical over scheduled New Yorker. I have participated in two Marathons, run half’s and 10Ks for fun, but mostly running is my therapy that I do every morning. I injured my hamstring a few years ago and have since always been nervous it would slow my training or disrupt my routine, which happened earlier this past winter. My previous trainer, who was a former professional Hockey Player, I thought was the best until I met and worked with Steve. Steve is through, thoughtful and has hands of an angel! I have gone through the typical circuit of apply the stimulator to the affected area, heat, stretches, ultrasound and then massage for weeks with my previous therapist- slowing my recovery and resting for several weeks. "I've been working with both Steve and, more recently, Fernando to help me with a problematic broken ankle. Both guys have been great. Steve's other reviews here speak for themselves so I will rather focus on my treatment with Fernando. In short, I'm very impressed. It was clear that there had been a solid handover between Steve and Fernando. He quickly understood my issue and the work we'd already undertaken, and then presented a clear direction of how we were going to move forward. Fernando is personable and swiftly made me feel comfortable...but not so comfortable that the therapy was easy! He certainly made me work for it and knew just how far to push me.
