"Don’t go here unless you’re Russian/white.. I wouldn’t have minded the wait as longest they would’ve followed the order in which each patient arrived or of course in an emergency situation. Because I do think Dr Mikhail is good and thought he was worth the wait. But unfortunately after seeing how Literally they skip us in front of our faces I would not return. I’m Hispanic and went there twice the first time I went I had to wait 3 hrs to see Dr. when I met him I thought he’s professional and was worth the wait. Unfortunately the second time I went my apt was a 3pm and 4 HOURS went by and nobody had called me but yet other Russians patients went in to see the Dr and they came way later after me. When I ask the receptionist she says “oh he signed before you and went to the store” Then I see other patients who were also Russians who just got in to the office go in to the Dr room like it’s their living room MEANWHILE US waiting and waiting for hours. It was absurd how they made us wait while other russian patients, who came after us got called to see the Dr."
