"One of the worst staff who works there; from day one she (the tall skinny Indian girl) had the worst attitude for no reason when you didn’t know her and she didn’t know you! I guess she has some kinda insecurity in her mind. Or maybe she should see a therapist who can help her with her insecurities before she comes for a job in healthcare as a customer. The surprising thing is that the provider doesn’t care, maybe because she is her relative who still favors her giving her the job! lol. I stopped going there after some time."

"If I could give this doctor and her office a negative rating, I would! My mother had testing done about 3 weeks ago (and is still not feeling well) and everytime she calls to get the results, she's told the doctor is on vacation OR she'll get a callback which she has yet to happen. The office staff is rude, lacks professional etiquette and customer service training to the point that they purposely dodge your calls if they recognize your number. We know this because after calling from my mother's mobile number and being ignored, my mother called from her landline and the office immediately picked up only to be told she'll get a callback, it's been over a week and still nothing. Please save your time and money and find another doctor and office that can actually do their job and not give you the run around!!!! Such a disappointment!"

"Extremely rude and unprofessional doctor, disrespectful in the way she talks, changes up medications without even telling you the name of the new meds or the way it works. Doesn't send refills in a timely manner, could go days without medications. Long wait times (1-2 hours) WITH an appointment. Doesn't inform you when your lab reports are ready, the list can go on and on. DO NOT choose this doctor, 1 month under her care was horrible, changed out my entire family. Oh and also, calling here is absolutely useless, her "phone and internet is always down"...and she gets mad when you come to get your lab report...something that the office should be informing their patients of..."

"Do not go to this doctor. She has misscharged me multiple times. For a phone conversation that was 5 min she charged me for half an hour. She also charged me for my annual check up when it was covered under insurance. I had to go through my insurance to fix it. She is also a horrible doctor as she tried to convince me into conforming to her personal ideologies as an Indian woman. The billing department is an absolute circus as well."
