"A year later: I have to say I like coming here and prefer the doctors here. Sometimes managing insurance issues can be a pain. The phone system works terribly. But once you got someone they are able to help at the chelsea location Original post: I’ve been trying to get in contact with their billing department as they never charged my insurance and instead charged me over $300 for a visit. I was told several times that there is no billing department and someone would take my information and call me back. Can someone provide me the billing dept number?"

"Respect the workers for continuing to provide service with no A/C. The building should be a lot more proactive in fixing an A/C related issue at a healthcare center!!"

"My appt was at 3:40pm and I waited 50 plus mins for a 2 minute test. The gentleman working the front desk was nice and he had to get up and draw my blood. Thank you to him but this was the worse I have ever experienced coming here for all these years. Please do better."
