"My first experience was pleasent but all since have been anything but. The wait time was extreme and I got to hear her on a personal call through the walls while waiting. After this visit I attempted to reschedule to follow up but my appointments were cancelled twice and I was signed to an NP so I could finally be seen. The first cancellation was on the day of my visit so I lost a day of work for my appointment luckily I was informed a day in advance of my next cancellation. After I saw the NP I was waiting on a note for work at the nurses station while she was talking to her nurse sipping coffee figuring out how to cancel/reschedule other patients appointments (a family of 4)! I should also mention I was standing in front of her during this conversation and she didn't recognize me. If you want a professional caring doctor, she is not for you."
