- Individual and Family Health Insurance: Explore a variety of low-cost, quality health insurance plans available through the Individual Marketplace. We serve New York City and its boroughs, as well as Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties.

- In-Home Care Services: In partnership with Carina, a New York State licensed home care services agency, you can easily find and purchase in-home care with trained and certified aides. Click on “Get Started” to explore options in your area.

- Small Business Marketplace (SHOP): Our Small Business Marketplace assists employers in providing affordable health insurance to their employees, with access to the Small Business Health Care Tax Credit for eligible businesses.

- Expert Assistance: Our team of brokers, Certified Application Counselors, Marketplace Facilitated Enrollers, and Navigators are here to guide you through the process, helping you understand your options and enroll in the best plan for you and your family.

Enrollment Information:

- Children and eligible low-income adults can apply for Medicaid or the Essential Plan year-round.

- Other individuals and families can apply for coverage during the Open Enrollment Period starting November 1, or during a Special Enrollment Period following a qualifying life event.

- Due to the ongoing COVID-19 public health emergency, a time-limited exceptional circumstances Special Enrollment Period is available for additional coverage opportunities.
