"My experience with Joe was absolutely incredible! I started seeing him back in December after experiencing atrophy in my left leg. At the time I could hardly walk, yet apply any weight on my leg. It was like a deer leg. After seeing him for a few months I was regaining muscle, walking again and able to actually function. What I love about Joe mostly, is his knowledge and attention to detail. He also takes you through every exercise and actually trains you. It’s not like other places where they just sit back and do nothing. It’s much more of an intimate one on one setting and some solid tunes to go with it. I’m currently training for the 2023 NYC Marathon and owe it all to Joe’s encouragement and push for success!
