"This guy is never on time my family has been coming for many years he shows up hours after your appointment time what’s the point of having an appointment if he shows up whenever. Update: on the 4th visit the dr ended up not showing up and canceled the appointment after waiting and the front staff is useless"

"Called in to schedule an appointment and the front staff was extremely inept. Didn't even bother to want and call my insurance. I always question why doctors choose to take insurances or patients that they don't want to treat or see. No customer service or resolution skills is being provided by the front desk reflects poorly on the doctor's staff."

"He is a good doctor, however if you have an appointment make sure you have absolutely nothing to do during the day. You will wait for hours. I usually come in around 9am just to say I’m here. Then I go to the corner store and get a tea or coffee with some bread then come back. The doctor usually comes in the afternoon, by the time you get out it’s 6pm. He genuinely cares about his patients. Reason why you have to wait so long is because he has so many clients. Plus he is Jewish, who cares about the Latin community. I’m happy to be his client, is just that he is so busy. Would you rather have a doctor who attends you quick and doesn’t listen to you? Or would you rather wait for someone who listens and cares? Front desk is nice to you if your are nice to him he might seem cold but he is busy too."

"Change your pcp while you can! I don’t know how the doctor is and i don’t know if I’ll ever get to see him because the appointment was for 11AM and it’s 1:20PM right now and the receptionist said the wait time is another 40 minutes. They make morning appointments but the doctor isn’t even in the office. Extremely unprofessional for a profession that aims to help improve the communities health. Extremely unorganized. If you make an appointment at 11AM you can just come in at 4PM since that’s the time frame they work with. If you have a job and a life to get to after your appointment then don’t come here. The receptionist in the front mumbles and can’t speak up and the answer to all questions is “I don’t know, we will have to see”. I asked him what the wait time was after 2 hours of waiting and he said, “30 more minutes, hopefully he will see you”. Update: it’s 2:15 PM and the doctor still won’t see us even though the appointment was at 11AM and I was the first to come in. Feeling racially motivated because he went to the other rooms and kept saying “you’re next” but allowed other people that came after us in :( He isn’t the doctor you should come to if you’re in pain :("
