"I had a very disappointing experience with this doctor's office. The customer service was very bad, and I left feeling frustrated and unheard. The primary doctor I saw didn't seem to know what he was doing; he didn't even conduct a proper examination during my visits. Fortunately, there was another doctor named Amena at the office who actually examined me thoroughly. However, the medication prescribed by the primary doctor didn't work for me. I was suffering from a constant cough, and they initially diagnosed it as allergies, providing medication that had no effect. I returned for check-ups three times, but the problem persisted, and no real progress was made. They even recommended a chest x-ray, but nothing abnormal was found. They assured me it would eventually go away as it was just allergies, but it never did. This unprofessional approach has left me with no choice but to seek treatment elsewhere. It's baffling to me how they obtained their medical certifications given the lack of competence and professionalism I experienced. I hope my experience can serve as a cautionary tale for others seeking medical care at this facility. It's essential to trust your healthcare provider, and unfortunately, I couldn't find that trust here."
