"Walked in there because I needed a new Physician. No customer service or friendly demeanor/vibes whatsoever. As soon as I opened the door and approached the front desk one of the Dr.'s medical staff started interrogating me as to why I needed a new doctor. Hello? Aren't they in the business of helping people, even new patients?!?! The doctor wasn't much better either. After I told them my old doctor didn't accept my new insurance they just remained dumb founded and accusatory. The office is also very run down and depressing like they way they acted. Def will not be going back in there ever again!"

"Dr. Agustin is a very kind hearted doctor with great clinical skills. Every time when I am there for the appointment, he is cheerful and listens to my problem carefully. His staff members are organized and performs their duty well and are always ready to help whenever there is any confusion."

"So many negative 1 star reviews…. TRUST THEM. They are 100% accurate. I read all the negative reviews and despite that I STILL gave them a chance to try them out because they are very close to my house. What a mistake . I got there at 10 am and they say they are open til 2pm and the door was LOCKED I had to call the office 5 times so they can open the door. After getting in they are ALL eating and there is a DOG in the OFFICE. I took pictures because the owner likes to DENY what EVERYONE is saying about his office. They were all eating which is hilarious because I just read a review about that. There were many upset patients inside and the staff is very unprofessional. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS ESPECIALLY IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH! LISTEN TO ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS! THERE ARE SO MANY NEGATIVE REVIEWS HOW COULD THEY POSSIBLY BE WRONG IF THEY ARE ALL SAYING THE SAME THING. As a Filipino woman and a nurse I highly suggest you find a different doctor/office."
