"Such a bad front desk person who is not helpful for the patient, was trying to make an appointment and she kept saying they are gonna schedule me for specific date they want not what we are looking for and she was trying to appoint me with different doctor which I mentioned who i have my pcp. Always been the same like rude to the patient. Will be changing my doctor. Facility must take serious action about this."
