"This doctor is horrible!!! I have overheard my mother trying to schedule appointments with her for years. She is always sick or away or recovering from surgery. The few times my mother has managed to get an appointment she always has to wait weeks and then it's a virtual visit. Does this doctor actually practice anymore? On top of that she sent my mom to a specialist for "IBS", my mom has cancer that was detected too late and is terminal. Neither this doctor nor her office has called to see how my mother is doing or share her health findings or express any sympathy for her illness."
"Dr .Ana Rojas -She is amazing, very energetic, polite and professional it was my first time visiting this office. She answer all my questions , in a well responsive way .The receptionists are also very nice and attentive. They greet you to see if you have and appointment and help you with the patient electronic paperwork. I recommend this place , it is very clean , small and cozy office."
"Dr. Rojas is okay, I guess. The receptionists are the absolute worst and are UNFIT to work in ANY medical setting. As someone with experience in the medical field, we are taught that working in a medical setting requires compassion, empathy, and kindness. The young ladies at the front desk are the exact opposite of all these qualities. It is clear they do not care about the patients given by their sarcasm, “I don’t care” attitude, and lack of listening skills. As receptionists they are the face of the office and the doctor they represent. Thus far, they have only shown lack of professionalism and absolute atrocious behavior. Such a shame."
"Those women up front are so rude and they don’t like to provide medical records to patients as its their right! Absolutely horrible doctor staff. I will be calling and arguing with everyone to give my mom her records!"
"They treat you like cattle, they set up your appointment and hour or 2 hours before the actual time. If your appointment is at 9:00 means you don't actually (if you are lucky enough) see the doctor after 10 AM since that's the actual time when she starts to work. Crappy attention desk clerks bad attitude. On top of that you have to wait for the doctor to eat breakfast before she takes care of you, very unprofessional and unpleasant experience at this office"
