"i only gave them one star because i can’t give them ZERO! this place is a disgusting scam. i’ve tried to cancel my subscription multiple times over the course of OVER A YEAR and have taken over $150 from me. They never refund the full amount. Don’t ever use this awful service."

"Dr. Vakil does not care about his patients. He laughed at me. Spoke to me in a way NO doctor ever has. Told me to wait 5-7 days before calling back and to “get over it”. If I knew his first name I’d be reporting him to anybody and everybody. Awful human being. Doesn’t actually care about patients. What an awful company I cannot believe my work suggested this for their employees."

"I had a free trial offer for $1... Ended up getting charged full price.. bot once, but twice!! Complained about it a d they told me they couldn't do it.. so I complained some more and they say that they referred me to some higher up.. and they approved of the refund... But didn't get. Refund!! I got charged 2 more times!!! So for a $1 trial turned into 4 full payments!!! I'm waiting for them to respond now!! If could date this lower than a 1 star I would!! They are out to scam people out of their money and false pretences!! Do not ever use this company!!!they have not heard the last of me!!!!"

"Horrible experience. Been trying to cancel my subscription for almost a year and they keep on charging me even though I have reached out multiple times. They refuse to refund me and wanted me to pay a cancelation fee on top of the charges. This is a platform for people that need counseling and they take advantage of those people."

"What a disaster. As a member who has monthly payments automatically charged to my credit card, I attempted to use them for an online doctors appointment on 3/28/23. Over an 8 hour period, I called them 5+ times. Scheduling tells me I have no account. Customer service tells me that I have an account and they are "escalating" my need for a doctors appointment. I requested to speak to a supervisor twice yet they tell me there is no supervisor. They promised a call back quickly, yet 26+ hours later...no call. This is not something you want to deal with when your sick and seeking an online telemedicine appointment. Actually it's not something you want to deal with when your not sick either. Bottom line: you'll be healed or dead by the time they ever get around to you. I strongly suggest you try one of their many online competitors first."
