"RUN if you go to primary care here. The service is great but they double charge your copay for the visit. Since the primary care here is a contract with Northshore, they charge to both groups. Its a real shame. Some people cannot afford to pay an extra copay. Their billing department pushes the blame on the other group and instead of trying to fix the issue internally pushes the responsibility on the patient. Such a shame that I had to leave the great doctor I met here since it got to the point of being ridiculous (only reason why didn't give 1 star). Was even put on collections."
