"Awful place, the staff are not aligning with the provider’s professionalism. Communication needs improvement and the ethics is lost with staff. I think this is leadership fault because they are the ones driving the operation of this unit. I think that management should be more visible to the patients that visit this practice. Also, management should observe how business is being conducted to have an idea of what is happening with the patients and your staff. Instead of using patient relations, there should be a thing where patients should have access to report directly to management instead of reporting complaints to patients relations because they do not answer immediately. You will have to continue following up until you get a response and that should never happen. But it does. That is the reason why staff get away with bad behavior is because no one holding them accountable."

"The doctor is incredibly concerned about her patients. Dr. Morar is extremely thorough in her exams and patient care. Her staff is exactly the same. I would not see another eye doctor. I recommend the doctor and her staff 100% excellent."
"I would rate them 0 if I could. The doctor is fine but the front desk and nurse is unprofessional, inconsiderate, insensitive and only care about money. I was referred to them by urgent care, but despite my insurance saying they will cover urgent referrals, the receptionist here doesn’t want to check but just bill me directly, I paid but they lost my referral letter so I can’t get reimbursed by my insurance. Worst of all, I went 2nd time for my surgery but they didn’t notify me when they cancelled my appointment despite I had took pain killer already for my appointment. Those receptionists are not health care providers, they are killers."
