"Please please stay away!!! Many red flags especially from their so called manager receptionist Jenny. Mentally ill and very rude and doesn't know the difference between appropriate and inappropriate behavior. Even after accepting her apology due to the doctor intervening after listening to recorded inappropriate behavior, she still continued to talk over me with her incorrect personal info, dates, etc. We went as far as scheduling surgery and no calls until 6pm the night before and amazingly with incorrect info, phone number, address, etc. Then she ended the convo with I told the doctor I quit. Lol. Unreal. Stay away!!!"

"The most effusive praise would fall short when it comes to describing Dr. Neo Stefanides' competence and professionalism. Mercedes and the other office staff are kindness itself, always going above and beyond to accommodate the needs of patients. I was terrified to have knee surgery, but Dr. Neo was so considerate and reassuring regarding my anxiety. He explained my injuries to me very clearly and also detailed all the benefits of getting that necessary surgery. I worried for nothing, because Dr. Neo's kindness is exceeded, if possible, only by his surgical brilliance. The surgery went like a breeze, my scars were minimal and my healing has been progressing well. Most surgeons, especially great surgeons, seem to have an arrogance to them that you will never find with Dr. Neo. He is all about the patient and their needs. Specifically Mercedes C and Elizabeth S who one day helped us get on FaceTime with the Doctor we were expecting to see that day who had left the office due to a personal emergency. They located him and were able to give us a consultation via FaceTime and really went above and beyond and helped put us at ease with our questions. You don’t see this act of kindness and so much caring these days but these ladies really showed us how good they are and how much they all care."

The reception desk did miracles to get me the appointment not only at the doctors but also radiology. This was my second time visiting the doctor and he has been amazing. Always treats you nicely and gives helpful recommendations, he truly cares for his patients. I can say the same exact thing about the reception, they truly care about their patients and treat them with respect and kindness. I recommend going to this doctor 100%, truly one of the best."
