Reviews
"After receiving treatment from him, all diseases were cured. He kindly gave me a lot of advice not only as a medical doctor but also as a senior in life. His level as a medical professional is top-notch, and he's a good doctor for upper-class people."
"Extreme overbooking makes patients wait average 2 hours, and what is worse, the doctor does not show up in the office and patients can talk with him only through video calls. Patients are not allowed to participate in the video calls at home and must come to the doctor's office to view the screen. After 2 hours long wait, I could only talk with him on Skype for 5 minutes. What a waste!"
"Wait. Wait. Wait. First time patient and last. Appointment was at 12 and still at 1pm waiting to see doctor. Asked the front desk and tells patient still dont know when Ill be able to see the doctor. Does that make sense? All throughout the office people complaining they have been waiting for 2-3 hrs and no one in the office seems to care. They claim with their own mouth that they are overbooked. So then why did you book appointment for the patient. Patients are there to get treated not to waste time waiting. If I ever happen to go because of something more serious the person will definitely come out dead before seeing the doctor. Just a piece of advice for the doctor. Get new employees. They make you look bad and they are unprofessional and u organized. I will also be making a complaint to the new york state of health. Never have I ever been treated this way in a doctors office."
"Doctor Jang is very friendly and thorough but It is very exhausting to wait in the lobby all the time. Always have to wait at least a hour. Moreover, a receptionist is the worst. She doesn't know how to communicate with patients. I talked to her several times and always unpleasant. I am willing to see dr. Jang if there's a better staff in his office."
"I last visited Dr Jang in august this year and was diagnosed with cysts in my throat that had to be removed. he discontinued medical treatment at this point and said my insurance expired but I have Medicare and an HMO. I then offered to pay out of pocket considering the urgency of the procedure. He did not give clearance or referral to another doctor to perform procedure. According to him it is okay to walk around with cancer untreated and refuse treatment to patients with no explanation. Forgive me but doesn't this go against all morality and ethics and his doctor's oath or common decency?"
