"Dr. Wei Ye is fantastic. My experience with the front desk from the moment you walk up to them is a nightmare. They don’t greet you, are extremely rude, cut you off as you’re speaking and will ignore you. Calling them on the phone is even worse. I don’t know how you run a business like this. Front staff needs some serious retraining. People are here because they aren’t feeling well, dealing with serious issues and to have someone dismiss and talk over you is not the way to do it. It’s so off putting that I’m moving to another doctors office although I really liked the doctor and office. The front staff is terrible."
