"I had Dr. Ong as my ENT for sinus surgery last year and he is fantastic! He is super helpful, will answer any question you have, and overall is a kind person. The entire surgery process was super simple and stress-free. The surgery center he operates at is also very clean and helpful. The office location is beauitfully located, and also very clean with friendly staff. I only give 4 stars though because they did make mistakes with my appointments. Once they didn't tell me they moved offices and I showed up in the wrong place, and another time when I came for an appointment I remembered booking but they didn't have on their end. Besides those instances, I recommend Dr. Ong wholeheartedly!"
"**Edited to update that Norelle has since removed their accusatory review and denial that anything I posted had occurred. (screenshots posted) They know I was never provided ice, or a goodie bag as claimed and Aspire also confirmed that their account is under Sculpt LLC. Aspire had requested screenshots of their reply. They also operate as "MediSpa by Noura" to further confuse. I posted here because my receipt says "Norelle" but the appt. was made by "Medispa by Noura" so I believe that is the operating name. The manager contacted me and apologized and offered some sort of compensation of which I have yet to hear back on. I provided them with photos per their request. Edita also texted me appearing upset I posted a review vs contact her and I replied that not only had I contacted her on the Monday following treatment to inform her of challenges, but the review was about the entire experience not just with her. Despite all my efforts to communicate, the patient is made to be at fault. Norelle responded claiming this is a "fake review" when my service date was on May 18th at Norelle health with Edita. My husband was present with me during the appt from start to finish. I have evidence of the prior calls and emails and dates of all so their response is actually accusatory and I will be contacting an attorney promptly. They have yet to respond to me personally but took the time to respond here. Had they contacted me at all I am sure we could have had a conversation but please see that should you have an issue this is the action they may take. Their Aspire "ad" was sitting right on their counter and I will contact Aspire. I have the receipt as evidence this is NOT fake. They claimed they are not partnered with Aspire and that is confirmed untrue. ORIGINAL POST - I had a terrible experience at Norelle. The office staff were responsive before my appointment but unresponsive afterward. The injector, Edita (NP), initially advised against fillers for my thin face as it would result in an odd appearance, yet later advised 3 facial filler syringes ( 3 for face + 1 for lips) PLUS a biostimulator “claiming” her technique would not result in an odd appearance. This technique involved approximately 20 injection sites per side of my face, caused significant pain, swelling, bruising, and the odd appearance. No ice or pain relief were provided post Rx resulting in prolonged healing. All filler in my lips and face must be dissolved as soon as I heal from the trauma. Bruising and lumps and a protruding upper lip are still present 2 weeks post Rx. The only "slight" benefit was temple filler. I consulted with my primary and will see laser specialist shortly. Despite paying $3200, my Aspire points (cash towards future treatments) I was assured of at time of appt. were never applied. Not even upon request during 3 follow up calls. I phoned twice and requested to speak with the manager, and was assured she would get back to me, but it never happened. The last time was a week ago Thursday. She (and others) had no problem calling me in advance of the appointment to ensure I was scheduled. I wanted to provide the manager (Rhee) with the suggestion to provide ice, inform her of the unusual 3.5 hours I spent in the practice (despite being told she had plenty of time) and ask why the points were not yet applied despite multiple assurances. I also found it unusual there is no price list and the NP is solely responsible for quoting pricing as she desires. I received inconsistent pricing from time of my consult to the Rx date. I am in the beauty industry so I know what is customary vs otherwise. It is apparent this practice (management included) only care about scheduling and taking your money, not about post-treatment care or crediting your cash back points. I presume the change in recommendations from natural plasma to multiple syringes of filler was likely due to the profit but it did not benefit anyone in the end. I will be paying a lot more in pain and monetarily to get my face back to normal, if even possible."
"After visiting 6 other ENT specialists who were not able to properly diagnose and Treat me, I was fortunate to find Dr. Mourad on Zocdoc. Based on the excellent reviews I decided to meet with Dr. Mourad and take a chance. Glad I did because he literally saved my life. After 1.5 yr of suffering from sinus issues, I was feeling hopeless and depressed that no one would be able to help me. I feel so lucky I found him. He reviewed my images and told me he can help me. During my initial consultation with him we booked my surgery date which was an emergency because my situation was so bad. His office staff was extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to make the process an easy one. Everything was so smooth from pre-op to post-op. I cannot thank Dr Mourad and his office staff enough. I feel my life has returned to normal and my anxiety is gone. I can finally breathe again. Thank you Dr. Mourad all of your office staff!"
