Give this department of NB a break please and treat them respectfully; the people at NB Animal Control are GOLDEN!!"

"The most unhelpful department ever. Nobody literally wants to do anything to help. I spent so much time calling them trying to solve life threatening problems we have in our rented apartment. And i am on my third trimester, having a lot of stress because of issues me and my husband are facing. People who were answering the phone kept trying to get rid of me transferring me from one person to another, giving me other phone numbers of different inspectors and the last lady i talked to on the phone after explaining my problem advised me to just get a lawyer to solve my issues. Guys why are you even working there then? So i sent them messages on the website and finally got a contact number of an inspector who was supposed to help me, mr. Quintero to whom we explained problems me and my husband are facing in details. Mr. Quintero said he would come to check “tomorrow”and never came. Not answering the phone and not calling back. Unbelievable how uninvolved these people are which makes me really desperate and disappointed! Nobody really cares about me or my future baby and looks like we are just waiting for us to get seriously injured or something."
