"Honestly the staff was decent, especially the phlebotomist I had. She was gentle and kind. The only complaint I have is the poor check-in process and the time availability. This location has a very high volume. This lab is the only one available on Saturdays. The rest of the labs in NJ have labs open for a short length of time. With work schedules it’s unacceptable. Overall for this specific location the experience was not too bad."
"Came in for a drug screening, my first time. I walked up to the window as I followed instructions from my email indicating that I needed to prove a registration number. A older woman, with short, above shoulder length hair, rudely tells me I need to check in at the computer. I quietly walked up to the computer and checked in, but the screen didn’t ask me for a registration number. I went back to the window, asking if I need to provide that info. And again she rudely tells me to enter it into the computer. I told her the computer did not ask me for this information, she rolls her eyes and tells me I have to give it to the person when I am called in. Was I supposed to randomly know that? Isn’t she working and getting paid? Why is it such an inconvenience to ask a question? Rude, terrible customer service, lack of humanity and human connection. I came in to get a drug screening for employment, she should be happy she has a job and gets paid for it. She shouldn’t give your patients an attitude because she is doing something else. Smile, say good morning, ask what the patient is here for and if needed direct to the computer and answer any questions, without an attitude, that your patients have. I wouldn’t want her to draw my blood if I had to. If LabCorp needs a front desk agent, I am ready to work and make a difference in the lives of our neighbors in our community. I am also fully bi-lingual and provide excellent customer service. It’s disappointing to see people behave this way, especially since I am a born and raised US citizen and grew up in this area. People really need to start trying to make a difference and connecting with others in friendly, professional ways. I am tired of observing this type of behavior. It’s everywhere, but a medical office should be the last place you get this treatment."
"Made me wait 40 mins for the sample drop off. At the end didn’t processing anything and instructed me to put the test order in bag and put it on the collection table. Why did i have to wait to do something that required zero effort from your side? How is this incredibly inefficient place still open?"
"The front desk Senior woman is very disrespectful, and refuses to attend patients at 10:30 am, even when the schedule says it's open until 11am. When I asked to talk with her supervisor she refused to call her or give me a phone number to call. She has a very negative and disrespectful attitude with the people."
"The gentleman that attended me was very nice, quick, & thorough... Place is maintained clean. There's a lady & my God she's unbearable to deal with. She genuinely doesn't look happy at all & her attitude indicates it."
