"I am the owner of Cruz Control Trucking LLC, and I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the services provided by Velocity Insurance. Between June 2021 and June 2023, my business suffered due to a critical error made by Velocity Insurance, resulting in a double insurance coverage issue with Progressive Insurance. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve the matter since May of 2023, there has been a severe lack of accountability and communication on their part. I urge Velocity Multi-Service Insurance to promptly address and rectify this situation by issuing a refund for the double insurance coverage in which I’m sure they made their profit for. I understand mistakes can happen, but the urgency and professionalism required for resolution seem to be lacking."

"Be very CAREFUL, this place will charge you for services and pretend they did the work and later you find out they didn’t do anything. Denise is a TOP SCAMMER, all she cares is about money and does not like to work. She manipulates clients to make them believe some lies but when you know how the system works then they will treat you very poorly after confronting her. DO NOT DO YOUR AUDITS HERE! be aware she puts random things and you may be into bigger debt than ever before. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Same goes for their INSURANCE SIDE. Ailien is another top liar, yes their insurance is low but they do not tell clients everything about their policy. Once there’s an accident they will blame you, and all will wash their hands. Do not payyy them at all, they most likely did not do the work and scam their clients 99% of the time. They take advantage of illegal people as well. Clients and workers. It is quite disappointing that there’s people that fall for their lies, they sound convincing but only if you’re illiterate and end up paying thousandssss of dollars. When she does some sort of work, it is wrongly done and you have issues with your companies. Be Smart and read the reviews to places before working with them. Denis and Ailien are TOP LIARS AND SCAM ARTISTS!!!! Do not be desperate and go to this place, go find another place. It takes time to find someone competent."
