"This was the worst experience ever. This doctor doesn’t care and doesn’t even bother to take the time to go over your situation with you. She doesn’t listen at all. You’ll be all set in about 4 minutes, no questions answered. I just scheduled a new appointment at Hackensack meridian hospital. I will never go back to Palisade’s with this doctor, even though it’s the closest to my house. I used to see Dr Patel at this same location and the treatment was way too different. Too sad!"

"I'm disappointed with this doctor's bedside manner, time management, general concern, and her lack of empathy. My wait time was well over an hour (most of which I was waiting in a freezing room, nauseous, in a paper gown). The visit was rushed and her matter of fact tone was the last thing I needed after an emotional hospital visit the day prior. When she called to give me the results of my ultrasound she gave me no chance to ask her any questions regarding them. She guided the conversation straight into scheduling my next appointment. Then she told me to hold on (me thinking she's coming back to the call) and transferred me to the secretary."
