"The receptionist up named liya, Lia. The girl with colored contacts was extremely rude to my mother. We asked when we could get treated since we were waiting 2+ and other people that came offer us were being treated. She Gave my mother attitude screaming, “ I told You where to go already” she wouldn’t look at us and belittled our issue. Idk how you hire people like this"

"Really great experience from calling ahead of time to being welcome and greeting at the door from the technician receptionist doctor and assistant, everybody gave me great care and support. Would definitely consider this as my neighborhood go to Urgent Care location over anywhere else!"

"I brought my son there just last week with symptoms of constant coughing, sneezing, runny nose, severe nasal congestion to only be told that we have to come all the way back there the following day to be reassessed now. We went and saw a different Dr. and my son was prescribed a whole set of different medications and he's getting better. I on the other hand still am not."

"Was my top option for service till today, I was seen yesterday and my condition did not get better. I called in today and spoke to Lila at the front desk. I let her know what was going on and she mentioned that I should go back in since it’s a different provider today than yesterday. I went in and the provider that was in today said that I should’ve just had the front desk ask him before coming in because there was nothing that can be done since I was already prescribed the medication needed to treat me. Lila said it’s their policy to make me come back in to be seen again. So they just needed me to add to another number on their seen patients for the day so they can hit their quota is what it sounds like to me. I would love to see this policy in writing to confirm if that’s a requirement. But I bet they won’t acknowledge that “Management”"

"Horrible!! We got there 15 min before closing time for a finger laceration but were told we should go to the ER!! Really!?!?! Provider didn't even bother taking a look at the finger, the receptionist called to let the provider know there was a finger laceration and I guess since it was soon to be closing time they didn't want to be bothered. Will definitely never ever come here again. Their excuse was that we should go somewhere where they offer x-rays , and to my surprise when we left they have a huge sign outside that says x-ray on site available...that speaks volumes about this place."
