"We had a great experience at Baker Health West End Ave. The communication prior to my daughters’ appointment was excellent - fast responses and very helpful. From the moment we arrived at the clinic my daughters were put at ease and we were immediately taken to a room and seen to. Dr Kim and Julia were kind, attentive and caring. The clinic is very clean and aesthetically very pleasing. My girls, who can feel nervous going to the doctor, were calm and happy throughout our visit. Whilst we were waiting for our forms at the end of the appointment in the beautiful waiting room (with children's books) the girls were even given a drink and snack. Thank you Dr Kim and Julia!"
